Services are a monthly subscription. We serve clients exclusively virtually on QuickBooks Online.
Customers with existing QuickBooks Online data benefit from our Diagnostic Review approach. By thoroughly checking all aspects of your QuickBooks file before you sign a contract, we can identify any necessary actions and give you peace of mind about the condition of your books.
For clean-up projects, where we need to go back and correct and organize the books, you will receive a one-time project quote.
A set monthly price is charged for bookkeeping instead of hourly rates.

Steps to Get Started
Assessment Meeting
We start with an assessment meeting via phone call or video call to see if your needs and type of business match our services.
Custom Quote Meeting
After completing the diagnostic report, we will schedule a meeting to present a customized quote. This quote is tailored specifically to the findings from our review.
QuickBooks Online Only
We only provide Quick Books online services, no desktop versions.
Service Agreement
Next, to protect our business relationship, a service agreement is emailed out to you with your custom pricing and scope of work.
Diagnostic Review
If we are a match, We will perform a Diagnostic Review to determine the state of your books and to gather data to give you an accurate price.
Onboarding Begins
Upon signing the agreement, the onboarding process begins.
